Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Champagne 2000

Hint of toasty yeast, stone fruits and pinot character. A touch of sweetness on the palate but acid almost balances; stone fruits (white peach and apricot) and white florals. Long clean finish. Good for M&C – drinking now and will mellow further. For me, lacks elegance and delicacy. A bottle a year later was much better.
