Elderton Barossa CSM 2000

Dark plum robe. Blackcurrants, plum, blackberries with some earthiness and a smidgeon of pepper; very complex. Mellow fruit but big; quite sweet and some menthol and smoke with plums and blackcurrants. Good finish of fruit and spice. Lovely big and bold wine. Much better than the last bottle just a few days ago.
