Ch Potensac 1996

Lovely deep red – far younger than its age. Lovely nose too. Cedar, red fruits, some blackcurrants and truffles. Round, rich, mellow. Lovely balance. Fruit, acid and oak all in balance. Finish is plums, berries and cedar with a touch of fresh earth. Lovely. Should have bought more.

Medoc, Bordeaux, France
