Touch of lanolin/lamb’s wool, meaty with a touch of leather and Cabernet blackcurrants bubbling through. Good ripeness – in balance, fruit and acid work together, nice chalky tannins. Refreshing red – 12.5% alcohol and perfect with BBQ lamb shoulder chops. Touch austere on the finish – drink up.
