Cedric Bouchard Infloresence ‘Val Vilaine’ Champagne 2008 (disgorged April 2010)

100% pinot noir. Pale straw with a hint of green. Persistent delicate bead. Light pretty nose of crisp fresh apple and a hint of citrus with light yeast aromas. Fresh and delicate, almost feminine palate of apple and fresh white flower blossoms – crisp, clean and delicious. Perfect balance of fruit and acid. Long clean finish. Wonderful easy-to-drink champagne. Should develop well.
